This site is operated by Jet Clean Aviation LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect
If you fill in the application form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your first name, email address, and phone number
- Your city and state
- Your answers about detailing experience, aviation background, nearby airports, timeline, and budget readiness
- What you tell us is currently stopping you
Alongside that we record the date and time, which marketing link brought you here if there was one, the page that referred you, and your browser's user agent string. We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
To decide whether the program is a sensible fit for you, to contact you about your application, and to run the call if you book one. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone outside the companies listed below.
Who else touches it
- Google Firebase hosts this site and stores the application database.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling if your application is approved. If you book, they receive your name and email.
- Our email provider delivers any messages we send you.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept while a cohort is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can contact you about a later cohort. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will remove your record.
Your choices
Email zach@jetcleantx.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time, and every email we send will have a way to do that.
Cookies
The application form keeps your answers in your own browser only long enough to move you between pages. The staff area uses a Google sign-in session cookie. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
Children
This site and this program are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this page we will change the date at the top.
